Spa Etiquette:
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. In the case of late arrival, treatment may be shortened in consideration of the next client.
• In case of late arrival more than 15 minutes without giving any prior notification the spa reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
• Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
• In case of postponement or cancellation, the customer will have to inform at least 24 hours otherwise the spa reserves the right to collect the full amount.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. The whole experience was 10/10. From seamless booking through phone (front desk was exceptional especially with booking confirmation and reminder for a planner freak like me). The massage was SUPERB for both my partner and I. Consistent energy and pressure. Amazing! The room was super spacey as well. The high tea was super tasty and the ambiance of the place was just overall superb. Amazing experience. I would recommend everyone, literally lol. And no this review is not sponsored. I genuinely had a 10/10 experience!
