• Customers with respiratory issues or frequent dizziness: should avoid intense activities and inform the instructor if you have a history of fainting or breathing difficulties during exercise
• Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian: to ensure safety during the session
• Customers who have recently eaten or consumed alcohol: should allow time before joining the activity to avoid discomfort or nausea

• Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before your appointment time
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service time or result in cancellation without refund
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full
• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise full charges may apply

• For multi-session services, the first appointment must be scheduled before the coupon expires. Subsequent sessions must be arranged directly with the clinic and are subject to availability
