Unfortunately, the worst manicure and pedicure experience of my life. First and most importantly, everything was extremely dirty — I doubt the materials were sterile at all, since the files and tools were very dirty. The technician didn't properly clean/prep my nails, and the manicure was done without gloves. The salon itself is literally located inside a market, so it's not even really a salon, more like a small stall/booth. The girls who did my nails were nice, but that's the only positive thing I can say. First of all, my fingers were bleeding, they scratched me, and everything came out crooked and uneven. I was told to pay an extra 500 baht for some kind of strengthening treatment, and when I said that seemed like a lot, I was openly manipulated into thinking I couldn't leave with my nails as they were. When I firmly refused to pay that amount, the girl tried to convince me to at least get something, and offered a different strengthening option for 300 baht. I agreed, no problem — if it had actually fixed the situation. But in the end, as you can see in the photos, the polish is already lifting off the nails and will clearly need to be redone. In total, I sat there for almost 3 hours, my nails were bleeding, the manicure is terrible — crooked and uneven, I'm very unsure whether the tools and materials were sterile, and I paid extra for additional services that are already peeling off. I honestly don't understand how a place of this level can be recommended in this app.
