Tried colon hydrotherapy at Ceyla Clinic and here’s my honest experience: The clinic was clean, calming, and felt very professional from the moment I walked in. The staff explained the whole process clearly, which really helped ease any nerves since it was my first time. The therapist K.Kate was gentle, respectful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment itself wasn’t painful—just a bit unusual at first—but I started to feel lighter and less bloated afterward. Hygiene standards were reassuring, and everything looked well-maintained and sanitized. Results-wise, I did feel cleaner internally and less sluggish, though I think consistency and diet also play a big role if you’re expecting long-term benefits. Overall, a positive experience.
