I had such an amazing hair spa experience here. I\u0027ve gone to other hair spas and honestly I enjoyed them all, but Cleann has such a genuinely sweet staff. They\u0027re the most considerate and thoughtful. \n\nThey put a lot of thought into the customer care experience and give you options to curate your ideal experience. There\u0027s a menu that shows you what the steps include. I was asked if I want the water to be warm, cool, or room temperature. I was even asked this for my drinking water. For the mask, I was able to choose between three types and I chose the one for pores. I also got to select the pressure of the massage - light, normal, or deeper. I was also encouraged to make adjustment requests during the massage. \n\nThey accommodated my last minute nighttime appt. The most difficult experience was picking between the two lovely scents! I chose \Clean\ and it was AMAZING! Other hair spas have lovely scent options, too, but I could barely smell them. This one was a lovely, soft, clear, and of course clean scent floating over me. \n\nI got the double shampoo, conditioner, face cleanse and mask, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage, hair spa, and other things. I especially loved the feathers on my face and the spider hair thing. It was so tingly and relaxing. \n\nOut of the hair spas I\u0027ve been to, I enjoyed their facial experience the most. At other places it cost more and it made the experience almost less enjoyable and kinda distracting. It was a face mask and at certain times it made it hard to breathe. I can\u0027t remember why but the woman giving me the hair spa had such good technique with cleansing my face and applying the mask like I went to an esthetician. There was a smoothness and flow to it, which I really enjoyed. \n\nThe blankets are wayyy cushiony and softer than other places I went to. They\u0027re really mindful about making sure you enjoy your experience and maintain a quiet atmosphere. \n\nWhile my hair was being blowdried, I was given a delicious butterfly pea and panda tea blend. I love butterfly pea but I never had it with panda before. I drank over 5 cups! 😂🤣 And they even gave me some to go! 😍 \n\nI\u0027m particular when it comes to getting my hair done because I\u0027m sensitive to energy and as an Astrologer, I can say that the people who touch our hair affect our minds whether you realize it or not. Mercury rules our hands and our minds and energy travels thru our hands. So it\u0027s important to have good hearted, good energy people touching our hair and head. I felt so good during and after my experience. \n\nAnd their price is sooo amazing for what they offer! 599 THB 🤯 Next door they have food, too, which makes it super convenient! I also love that they post their Line on their Google maps. I wish more businesses do this cuz as a foreigner I can\u0027t search for numbers unless I have the business name, which can be frustrating. Sometimes I have to go to the business to request a service even when they don\u0027t accept walk in\u0027s just to contact them if they don\u0027t pick up the phone. \n\nI\u0027m new to BKK and they even offered to talk to the grab driver if they got lost. 😍\n\nAll in all, they\u0027re meticulously thoughtful and considerate. They\u0027re amazing human beings and professional. \n\nPlease give them a try!
