What is GoWabi?

GoWabi is Thailand's #1 largest online platform for beauty, spa, clinic, salons, and dental services, we help you discover the best spas and salons near you and book quickly and conveniently with discounts. It’s always free to book through our website and application!

GoWabi allows customers and managers of venues to be in control. GoWabi allows you to book at times and prices that suit each individual customer. You will never pay extra if booking through GoWabi.

What we are not:

  • We do not own any of the venues posted on our site.
  • We are people who want to make bookings easy for everyone who are as passionate as we are about their beauty and wellness

How does the booking system work?

  • Go to www.gowabi.com
  • Search for service providers using the search bar or clicking on a specific category
  • Select your desired provider and access its service menu
  • Select your desired service and clink on “Book”
  • Select your preferred time on the calendar and click on “Book Now”
  • Review your details and select your desired Payment Method
  • If you have an applicable “Discount Coupon”, enter it and click on “Apply”
  • If you have sufficient “Cashback”, select your discount from the drop-down menu
  • Please review your booking again and total amount before clicking on “Place Order”

How can I find out more about GoWabi?

I received a GoWabi Gift Card, where can I use my GoWabi Gift Card?

You may use the GoWabi Gift Card on any of our venues on our site unless specifically specified on the venue itself. GoWabi Gift Cards are valid for online bookings and purchases made through the GoWabi website. GoWabi Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the day of purchase.

How can I make a complaint about a venue?

We hope while booking through GoWabi this does not happen, but if you think otherwise you can let them know. First try and speak with the venue’s manager or owner, often mistakes and misunderstandings may be addressed right away.

If this does not work please write to our Customer Service Team, providing the following information:

  • Name
  • Order reference
  • Date of appointment
  • Summary of complaint
  • Outcome of feedback to owner/manager

Are the prices same as if I walk-in to the venues?

Yes, our prices are either lower or same prices as offline. If you find out otherwise, please call our Customer Service Team at 06 3909 9058 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Mondays - Fridays), or add us on LINE (id: gowabi) and we will support you.

Which locations does GoWabi cover?

We have thousands of partners across Thailand and expanding outside Thailand soon! You can book with our partners in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Phuket, Krabi, Koh Samui, and other cities in Thailand.

Can I book services or buy a voucher through the phone?

Yes! We can book a treatment for you if you need help only if the shop accepts cash payment, as we will never ask you for your creditcard information so we cannot book or buy from a partner that required online payment. If you want us to book a treatment for you, we are happy to help! Simply call us at 06 3909 9058 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Mondays - Fridays) or on LINE (id: gowabi).


My Appointments

Where is my booking confirmation email?

Booking confirmation is immediate. You will receive an instant confirmation email that gives you the details of your booking; this includes your booking confirmation number, which can also be seen in your GoWabi Profile under “My Profile”. You will also be able to see all the appointments you have made under this tab. If you have not received your booking confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder, if you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will re-send the confirmation to you.

I am struggling to get in touch with a venue

If you cannot get through, write to us at [email protected] or give us a call at 06 3909 9058 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Mondays – Friday). You can also add us on the LINE (Line id: gowabi).

Where do I add my promotional code/ discount code?

When booking an appointment or purchasing a voucher, at Check Out you will come across a box that says “Promo Codes”. Simply enter your code in exactly the same way you see it, ensuring there are no spaces. Click Enter Code and it will automatically be added into your order giving you a discounted price.

Why can’t I pay online or use promotional codes?

Shops have different payment method some prefer online payment while others would rather payment be made at the shop.

Why is the payment made rejected?

We require OTP when paying online, so please ensure that your payment card is enrolled for OTP. Payment may also be rejected due to the wrong credit card number or some missing information. Please double check the information entered. If payment cannot be made please contact us at 06 3909 9058 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Mondays - Fridays) or through the Line Application (Line ID: gowabi) where we can answer your questions.

Can I pay on counter payment or transfer money to GoWabi to pay?

Counter payment, ATM payment, Transfer payment and Mobile Banking are not available at this time with our application. We accept online pay by credit and debit card, or payment may be made directly to the salon in cash. We are soon to add more payment methods for you.

How can I get discount a code?

Subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, and always be on the lookout, we will from time to time provide some discount codes so make sure you stay updated with us!

How do I book for multiple people?

Bookings for multiple persons are not available at this time; you will need to book for one person at a time. If you book for several people, you can write in the comment box about the previous bookings so the partner is informed and aware about several bookings

Why do I need to enter my card details every time I use the GoWabi application?

We ask for your credit card information for every booking you make so we make sure that your transactions are safe. All online bookings are safe and we never store any of our customer’s information on our website.

What if I need to change my booking?

In order to provide you with instant confirmation, amending confirmed booking is not possible. If you need to reschedule your appointment you may contact us through 06 3909 9058 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Mondays - Fridays) and our Team will support you, or contact the venue directly. You can also contact us through the Line application (Line ID: gowabi).

How do I use Cashback and can it be refunded?

You can use your discount coupon and cashback by entering it at checkout and clicking on “Apply”. Note that each order can only be applied with 1 coupon/voucher at a time. If you are having troubles using a discount coupon or cashback, please check if:

  • The coupon/voucher code has expired.
  • Coupon/Voucher is for one time use only.
  • The coupon/voucher may not be valid for some services excluded from sale.

Refunds of cashback are possible if cancellations are made before the appointment schedule. Cashbbacks or online payments will not be refunded if the appointment is a no show.

How do I log in / register?

To register:

  • Press the “Log In/ Sign Up tab on the right have corner of our website.
  • You will then have an option to log in with your Facebook profile or Press the Sign Up Now button.
  • You will then be able to put your email and set a password and press the “Sign up” button.
  • You will then receive a confirmation email to let you know that you have been registered.
  • You can now Log In on our website with the email and password you have set.

How can I change some of my GoWabi account details?

Click an arrow like icon on the right side of the page and go to My Profile and change the details that you wish to, if any problem occurs just give us a call to our Customer Service Team at 06 3909 9058 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Mondays - Fridays). You can also contact us through the Line application (Line ID: gowabi).

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletters?

To unsubscribe from GoWabi’s Newsletters go the email that we have previously sent out and press “Unsubscribe”. You will now not receive any updates from us.

How can I give feedback for a venue or treatment?

24 hours after the service has been completed GoWabi will send an email asking for your review and experience.

Can you remove a review posted on your site?

We can remove a review on our website if they have threatened, used bad language or used false identity. Please drop us an email at [email protected] and it will be removed from our website.

How do I cancel my booking are there any cancellation policies?

Just call us at 06 3909 9058 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Mondays - Fridays) and we will make sure your booking has been cancelled. You will get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours before the starting time of your treatment. You will receive your refund in your bank account between 30-45 working days. Please note that bookings cancelled after 24 hours before treatment are not eligible for refund.


GoWabi Refund & Cancellation Policy

Timed or dated appointments and reservations:

GoWabi offers a 24 hours refund guarantee from the time of purchase of booking. If you want to cancel your appointment 24 hours before the appointment time, we will give you 100% refund to the original method of payment. Some shops might offer 12 hours or 6 hours cancellation policy, the specific cancellation policy is stated on your booking confirmation page. Please note that we are not able to refund any no-show appointments, for online payments and cashbacks. Please cancel your appointments in advance in order to receive your refund and your cashback to your account.

e-Vouchers and deal coupons:

GoWabi offers a 7-day refund policy, which begins after your purchase. If you change your mind within the 7 days the e-Voucher or deal coupon was bought, we will give you 100% refund using your original method of payment. An e-Voucher or deal coupon cannot be refunded once it has been redeemed or past it’s 7-days refund policy. However, some partners might not accept any refunds, please read the terms & conditions on the partner page before purchasing.
After 7 days: we offer cashbacks to the full value of the e-Voucher

GoWabi Gift Card:

GoWabi Gift Card offers a 7-day refund guarantee, which begins the day after purchase. If you change your mind within 7 days since the purchase has been made, we will give you a 100% refund using your original method of payment. The GoWabi Gift Card cannot be refunded once it has been redeemed. GoWabi Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date purchased and cannot be redeemed once the expiry date has passed.
After 7 days: we offer cashbacks to the full value of the GoWabi Gift Card.

Partner Cancellation Policy:

All of our partners have a cancellation policy of 24 hours meaning no bookings can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours leading to the date of your appointment. Requests for amendment within the Partner Cancellation Policy should be made directly to the Partner.
