I booked a 1 hr. Facial and 1hr Head Spa at the SiLom location. The treatment area is on the 3rd floor. I heard their other branch is larger. The reception area is welcoming. You have a variety of massage oils and you pick one that is used on face, neck, shoulders and arms. I had a pleasant chat with one of the receptionists. I was given slippers, a spa towel and robe. The facial included lymphatic massage and Gua Sha tools and cool refreshing lotions and a mask. The massage table converts to the head spa so you stay in the same room for that part of the treatment. Massage pressure for scalp, and upper body was comfortable, The tech brushes your hair and it feels so relaxing The ring of water that gently sprays on scalp is soothing. Once dressed you proceed to second floor where hair is blow dried . The owner is a husband and wife who were very friendly and asked for feedback to improve service. This was my first head-spa experience in Thailand and I was very satisfied and highly recommend it. The GoWabi app was easy to use to purchase the service, but then you have to call the spa to make the appointment. The concierge helped me with that part. Book at least 2 days in advance because they are busy and you don’t want to miss out! 👍🏼
