We would like to clarify the meaning of “Gel Polish (2 Colors)” in the THB 299 package. This package includes dry cuticle trimming and the application of up to two standard solid gel colors. This means that the customer may select two colors to be used across different nails, with each nail fully painted in one solid color. A French-tip design is not considered standard two-color gel polish. Although a French tip may use two colors, it requires creating a separate, precise design on each nail and is therefore categorized and priced as nail art. Our French-tip service is THB 600, and we clearly explained that the price difference would need to be paid if this design was requested. Removal of existing gel polish is also not included in the THB 299 package and is charged separately. The additional charges were for services outside the package and were explained before proceeding; they were not hidden fees. ทางร้านขอชี้แจงความหมายของคำว่า “Gel Polish (2 Colors)” ในแพ็กเกจราคา 299 บาท แพ็กเกจนี้รวมการตัดแต่งหนังแบบแห้งและการทาสีเจลพื้นได้ไม่เกิน 2 สี หมายความว่าลูกค้าสามารถเลือกสีเจลสองสีเพื่อทาแยกกันในแต่ละเล็บ โดยแต่ละเล็บเป็นการทาสีพื้นเต็มเล็บเพียงสีเดียว การทำ French tip ไม่ถือเป็นการทาสีเจลพื้นสองสีตามปกติ แม้ลาย French tip จะใช้สองสี แต่ต้องวาดและจัดรูปทรงปลายเล็บอย่างละเอียดในแต่ละเล็บ จึงจัดเป็นงาน Nail Art และมีราคาแยกต่างหาก บริการ French tip ของร้านราคา 600 บาท และทางร้านได้อธิบายอย่างชัดเจนว่าลูกค้าต้องชำระส่วนต่าง หากต้องการเปลี่ยนเป็นบริการดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้ การถอดสีเจลเดิมไม่ได้รวมอยู่ในแพ็กเกจราคา 299 บาทและมีค่าบริการแยก ค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมจึงเป็นค่าบริการที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากแพ็กเกจและได้มีการชี้แจงก่อนดำเนินการ ไม่ใช่ค่าใช้จ่ายแอบแฝงค่ะ
