5. Cholesterol: Blood cholesterol level test.
6. Triglyceride: Blood triglyceride level test.
7. HDL-Cholesterol: Blood HDL-Cholesterol level test.

Conditions for receiving the service:
1. Please make an appointment in advance via the Health Up application or by calling 1772.
2. Please refrain from eating and drinking for at least 8-12 hours before the health checkup (plain water is allowed).
3. Participants must be 15 years of age or older.
4. This program is for Thai citizens or foreigners working in Thailand (Expats) or married to a Thai citizen only.
5. If purchased online, please show the e-coupon before receiving the health checkup.
6. Health checkups can be done at the Health Promotion Center, 8th floor, Building B, Phya Thai 2 Hospital.
