I showed them picture telling them what I wanted before I arrived, but they still assigned a trainee to serve me, they told me would take 3 hours but eventually it took me 5 hours and still incomplete! It was on Christmas day, I had a dinner with my friends, I was late for the dinner because they kept wasting my time, and the most awful part of the whole nightmare was with a terrible ugly nails design on Christmas day! Before I left they offered me a free chance to remove all, so I went back there to remove that disgusting thing the next day, STILL a trainee STILL wasted me 2 hours to remove the gel, and the staff kept persuading me to do the plain color which i was really pissed off, seriously? How dared they say that to me? They expected me to spend a lot of time to get plain gel?????? I can even do myself why visit their salon??? I’m seriously they ruined my Christmas and no one deserves that, so please ladies just avoid this unprofessional and disgusting salon!
