It combines full gym access with the chance to train with a professional trainer who can help you start correctly and confidently. You can join every available class on the schedule, while also receiving a guided session to improve technique, build a safe workout foundation, and set a direction that fits your personal goal. Appointments are required every time, and any reschedule or cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to keep your rights. This package is limited to one user per one privilege.
