Fractional CO₂ Laser uses a carbon dioxide laser with a wavelength of 10,600 nm. a range that can be effectively absorbed by the water within skin cells. The energy is delivered as thousands of precise micro-beams, known as Micro-Ablative Columns, allowing the laser to treat the skin in a fractional pattern. This means tiny microscopic treatment zones are created while the surrounding tissue remains intact, helping support natural wound healing and new skin regeneration.

Compared to full-ablative lasers, this technique allows targeted resurfacing while helping the skin recover more efficiently.

Pre-Treatment Preparation

Avoid direct sunlight exposure.

Post–Fractional CO₂ Laser Care
Cleanse the face gently with clean water or sterile saline. Pat dry with a clean towel or cotton pad.
Avoid cleansers, hot water, and harsh scrubbing.
Mild redness and small scabs may appear during the first 1–2 weeks. Allow them to fall off naturally.
Do not scratch or pick. Use a moisturizer to support skin recovery.
Apply moisturizer and sunscreen regularly, even indoors.
Avoid strong sun exposure, heavy exercise, makeup, and products containing fruit acids for at least 1–2 weeks.
