1. The above program includes the endoscopy doctor's fee and hospital service fee.
2. This program utilizes sedation by an anesthesiologist (TIVA).
3. The above price does not include the cost of biopsy and home medication.
4. The above price is for day cases only. It does not include admission for pre-endoscopy preparation or inpatient recovery.
5. The above price is for self-pay only and cannot be reimbursed by insurance companies.
6. If abnormalities are found and further diagnosis and treatment is required, the doctor's fee and service fee will be charged at the actual cost.
