PHETSIAM SPARRING CLUB / Technical Sparring Only

A technical sparring session designed for practitioners with a solid foundation in Muay Thai or boxing. The focus is on learning, skill development, and growing together, rather than fighting, winning, or proving who is stronger.

Training emphasizes technique, timing, footwork, attacking, defense, and counter-attacks in a controlled environment. The club is built around Respect, Development, and No Ego, creating a positive space where everyone can learn from each other and improve together.

No hard sparring. The goal is to develop skills, gain experience, and help each other grow while maintaining control, respect, and a safe training environment.

Note: Participants should have a reasonable level of prior boxing or Muay Thai experience. This session is not suitable for complete beginners with no previous Muay Thai or boxing training.
