ตอนแรกไม่ค่อยเชื่อว่าจะลดได้เยอะขนาดนี้นะคะ เพราะเคยลองหลายอย่างแล้วไม่ค่อยเห็นผล อันนี้หมอดูแลใกล้ชิดมาก ให้ดูผลตรวจค่าไขมันทุกสัปดาห์ สุดท้ายลดไปประมาณ 7-8 โลในเดือนครึ่ง ดีใจมาก 🥹 อ้วนทะบุ80โลจากซึมเศร้าค่ะ
