LED light therapy (Light-Emitting Diode) is a skin care technology that uses very high light intensity, in the Joule/square centimeter range, to interact with skin cells and stimulate their regeneration mechanisms. The light used for treatment comes in several colors, each with different properties to treat and address different skin problems.

Red light: Stimulates blood circulation under the skin and stimulates collagen production.

Blue light: Kills acne bacteria, reduces inflammation, and eliminates bacteria.

Yellow light: Reduces redness, decreases melanin production, and stimulates lymphatic circulation.

LED light therapy is safe; it does not cause burning or pain, and does not cause burns or thinning of the skin.

The results depend on the duration and consistency of treatment. Continuous treatment is recommended.
