I am sorry to give a bad review, but this is the second time that I have a bad experience at this spa. The facial treatment was given by a poorly untrained staff, who clearly did not know how to massage and move around a human face with some care and precision. Both the cleaning and the application of lotions and mask was done very fast and in an abrupt manner. As if she was cleaning a kitchen counter or slapping some butter on a chicken! It made me feel really upset and wanting to leave. And I should have, as when she applied moisturizer at the end, she put on my face such an excessive amount that: 1) a substantial amount went up my nose, and 2) when she left I still had on my face a thick layer of moisturizer, and I had it to rub it off with a towel. This business has a good reputation, they should try to maintain it by hiring only skilled staff and give them serious and regular training.
