Instructions

- Post-Blood Draw: You may drink water and eat normally after the blood draw.
- Avoid Alcohol: Refrain from consuming any alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours before the health check, as it may affect some test results.
- Limit Sweet Foods and Drinks: Avoid sweet foods and drinks for at least 24 hours before the test to prevent elevated sugar levels in the urine, which may not reflect your normal condition.
- Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose clothes that are easy to remove for the physical examination.
- Timing for Women: Women should avoid the health check during menstruation and for 7 days afterward, as menstrual blood may affect urine test results.
- Chronic Conditions: Bring any relevant medical documents and medications if you have chronic conditions or a health history for a comprehensive analysis.
