Prenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation

About This Service

Prenatal Yoga & Birth Preparation is a gentle and practical class designed to support pregnancy and help prepare for birth with confidence. Each session includes mindful practice, breathing, gentle stretching, and movements to keep the body mobile and balanced.

The class also includes a weekly birth-preparation topic, focusing on practical skills such as labor-support positions, hip-opening techniques, breathing through contractions, counter-pressure, partner support tools, and calming the nervous system. Hands-on practice is included so participants can easily use the techniques at home and share them with their partner. The session ends with restorative savasana with elements of hypnobirthing for deep relaxation.

This class supports all birth paths, including natural birth and planned C-section, by encouraging mobility, breathwork, relaxation, circulation, tension release, and a calm, grounded state before and after birth.
