About This Service
Exophthalmia, also known as bulging eye, is a condition where the eyeball protrudes abnormally from its socket, causing pain or a throbbing sensation. People with bulging eye have increased exposure of the cornea to sunlight and wind, leading to irritation, itching, watery eyes, and redness. Some may experience a gritty sensation, as if something is inside their eye when they move their eyes. A significant number of patients with bulging eye present with blurred vision, abnormal color perception, or double vision when moving their eyes.
