The treatment includes a relaxing neck, shoulder, and upper back massage to release built-up tension commonly caused by Office Syndrome, long working hours, and extended use of computers or mobile devices. This is followed by a detailed scalp and hair care ritual, including a two-bowl floral tea hair wash using products from “Jian Cha,” our sister brand, leaving the scalp feeling clean, refreshed, and light.
