Overall ambience and atmosphere is nice. The front staff and receptionist are very welcoming and helpful. But the therapist Khun Fah has a very lack of professional massage experiences and service mind, such as wearing ring and accessories during massage which really can irritate your skin, not using her pressure to massage at all instead just stroking around the whole body, not washing her hands after massaging the whole body including feet and then touching the guests face and not willing to adjust the air condition in the room as I asked because it was too cold or even not be able to apologize after I had complained. The brand position of this spa business is unfortunately degraded by her lack of service understanding and professional skills. Thanks for the nice receptionist who changed the therapist for me and gave me a complimentary gift after I had complained. It helps a lot to allow me to give this new spa a second chance.
