Private Sound Therapy

Private therapy sessions allow participants to focus directly on their specific goals or concerns. In the first step, the therapist assesses each chakra’s energy using oracle cards, along with a discussion to better understand the participant’s issues or intentions. The therapist then uses the sound vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls to re-examine each chakra point for further evaluation. Before the main session begins, participants are guided into a 5-minute meditation using sound.

During the therapy session, the therapist uses sound vibrations together with aromatherapy (via a diffuser) to promote relaxation. After the session, participants receive guidance through one oracle card to help them observe and better understand themselves and their environment for the following week.

Each session lasts no more than 2 hours.

Summary of the Process
Step 1: The therapist assesses each chakra through oracle cards and conducts a discussion to understand the participant’s concerns or goals.

Step 3: The participant is guided into a 5-minute sound meditation before the therapy begins.
Step 4: The sound therapy session begins.
Step 5: One oracle card is drawn to provide guidance for self-observation over the next 7 days.

What Makes Our Private Therapy Different?

1. Clients can define their own intention for the therapy.
2. Clients receive an energy assessment before every session to understand their physical and mental potential at that time.
3. Clients interested in meditation will receive tips on how to practice meditation on their own at home.
4. Clients gain a basic understanding of the chakra system.
5. Optional add-on: Aromatherapy can be included to enhance relaxation.
6. Clients receive guidance on observing their emotional state for 7 days after the session.
7. Clients may follow up with questions or consultations within 4 weeks after the session.

Precautions

1. Individuals who have undergone surgery within the past 3 months cannot receive therapy with the bowls placed on the body, as the vibrations may interfere with wound healing.
2. Individuals who are less than 4 months pregnant.
3. Individuals who are currently menstruating (the session can be done after menstruation ends).
4. Individuals with a history of seizures: the therapist will request additional discussion to assess suitability.
5. Individuals with underlying medical conditions or chronic illnesses: the therapist will request additional discussion to assess suitability.
