The sauna wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to do the sauna, but they offered a half hour extension on my massage which was fine. In the three hours that I was there, no music was played. The therapist was watching something on her phone as she was doing the body scrub And she answered the phone at least four times during the treatment while still doing the treatment right in front of me! I went there to relax but it wasn’t very relaxing. At the beginning, therapist seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and I was questioning whether she was a therapist or not. She didn’t know how to turn on the lights was in complete casual clothing, no uniform. She wasn’t very nice at the beginning, but then she warmed up after a while. She kept on watching her phone while she was doing the scrub and massage so I would. I didn’t know if she was qualified or not, and if she was following instructions on the phone or if she was watching something. It was freezing cause the Aircon was on the whole time. And the body scrub was done with no towel so I was lying on the bed completely naked with the cold body scrub and the Aircon blasting on my body is so cold. I was looking for some of my local to go regularly, but I think I have to keep looking cause this wasn’t it. And I think she served me tapwater at the end , disgusting.
