Hyperthermia is a treatment that destroys cancer cells using heat. It works by raising the body’s temperature systemically-creating a “fever-like” state of 40-41°C. Cancer cells, which are sensitive to high heat, stop growing or break down. With advanced technology and careful medical supervision, cancer treatment continues to evolve to improve patient comfort and quality of life.
Service Duration
1. The treatment takes approximately 1 hour
2. Advance appointment is recommended before receiving the service
Preparation before the service
1. Eat at least 2 hours before the treatment
2. Drink 1.5-2 liters of water per day
3. Be in good health, without fever on the day of treatment
4. Maintain blood pressure below 150 mmHg
5. Must be under the supervision of a doctor and specialists
6. If menstruating, treatment may need to be postponed by about 1 week
