Barre Exercise in the style of CURVE BKK, an exercise inspired by ballerina mixed with Contemporary music that will keep you entertained for an hour without boredom. Suitable for the lifestyle of young people - young women of the new generation who want to exercise, see results, but have a limited time. In this class, you'll get Cardio (burn fat), Strength (build your muscles), Yoga Stretch, which will allow you to stretch comfortably after a workout. Whether it's Functional Training, Body Weight Training, including the use of small muscles like Pilates, there is also a Hot Barre that uses red infrared (IR) light to stimulate the metabolism.
