ซื้อคูปองตามโปรโมชั่นแล้ว พอโทรไปบุ๊คกิ้ง ทางร้านแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถใช้ในวันเสาร์อาทิตย์ได้ แต่ไม่ได้บอกรายละเอียดนี้ในโปรโมชั่น เราก็เจรจาจนในที่สุดได้คิววันเสาร์ แต่เจ้าของร้านบอกให้เข้าไปเร็วหน่อยเพราะวันเสาร์คนเยอะ และลูกค้า walk-in จ่ายราคาเต็ม! ประโยคนี้แย่สุด ถึงเราจะจ่ายราคาโปรฯ แต่ก็เป็นทางร้านเองไม่ใช่หรอที่จัดโปร และไม่ได้แจ้งเงื่อนไขให้ละเอียด เราเลยบอกงั้นจะเข้า11โมง แต่พอไปถึง แคชเชียร์ยังไม่เข้าร้าน พนักงานไม่สามารถทำให้ได้เพราะต้องรอแคชเชียร์จัดการบุ๊คกิ้ง สรุปได้ทำบ่าย2 การจัดการแย่มาก แต่พนักงานนวดบริการดีมาก สถานที่สะอาด
