คุณภาพก็โอเคนะคะ แต่บริการก็ตามราคาค่ะ สำหรับเราคงไม่ไปที่เดิมซ้ำพนักงานไม่มี service minded เท่าไหร่ ทำเหมือนรีบๆทำ น้ำเสียงก็ไม่ค่อยรับแขก ทำไปวันรุ่งขึ้นเคืองตา แบบขนตาจริงยังอยู่ แต่ขนตาปลอมน่าจะติดกาวไม่ดี เลยทักไปถามที่ร้าน ร้านเลยเติมให้ฟรี แต่พอไปถึงพนักงานพูดจาไม่ค่อยน่ารักเลยค่ะ ถามด้วยน้ำเสียงไม่พอใจว่าหลุดยังไง หลุดเส้น2เส้นหรือหลุดหลายเส้น แล้วก็ฟึดฟัดๆ แถมคุยกันกับเพื่อนใดๆข้ามห้องข้ามเตียงไปเลยฉ่ำ น้ำลงน้ำลาย ไม่ไหวเลยค่ะ

ทางเราตรวจสอบแล้วนะคะ ทางลูกค้าเข้ารับบริการเมื่อสิงหาคมเลยค่ะ ซึ่งนานมากจึงทำให้สอบถามกับทางช่างแล้ว จึงทำให้จำไม่ได้ค่ะ ขอบพระคุณมากๆค่ะ ที่ชี้แจงอย่างละเอียด ในส่วนเรื่องของ “การหลุดของขนตา”ลูกค้าแจ้ง ว่าหลุดไม่เยอะค่ะ และ ทางร้านเคลมให้ เรียบร้อยแล้ว 1.) “ คำพูด น้ำเสียง” ของช่างที่ลูกค้าได้ฟัง อาจจะไม่ไพเราะ และทำให้ลูกค้าคิดว่าเราไม่พอใจ ที่จะทำ อันนี้ ต้องขอโทษด้วยนะคะ แต่อยากแจ้งว่า เราทำงานนี้มา เราต้องมี Service mind อยู่แล้วค่ะ บางคำถาม อาจจะดูรุนแรงไปสำหรับจิตใจลูกค้า แต่โดยปกติ เราจะมีการถามแนวนี้อยู่แล้ว ค่ะ ว่าหลุดกี่เส้นคะ หรือ หลายเส้น 2.)“ เรื่องของน้ำลาย “ อันนี้คือลูกค้าแค่เปรียบเทียบถูกไหมคะ ไม่ได้มีการ ที่ น้ำลายกระเด็นโดนใบหน้าลูกค้า และถ้าหาก แค่เปรียบเทียบจริงๆ ลูกค้าเขียนรีวิวไปแบบนั้น ทางเรารู้สึกว่า อาจจะรีวิวเกินจริงไปรึเปล่า ค่ะ
