เคยไปครั้งแรก ทำออกมาดีมากประทับใจ ใช้เวลาแค่ประมาณ 1 ชม. พนักงานดูมืออาชีพ มือเบามาก เลยจองไปอีก สรุปรอบนี้ เสียความรู้สึกมาก เหมือนเอาพนักงานใหม่แบบฝึกหัดมาทำให้เรา เจ้าของร้าน หรือคนเทรนด์ คอยมาสอน ตั้งแต่สอนติดกาว ออกมาสวยดีค่ะ แต่เช้านี้ตื่นมา ร่วงมา 8 เส้นแล้ว ร่วงแบบไม่ใช่ขนตาร่วง แต่เป็นเพราะกาวหลุด คิดว่ารอบนี้อยู่ไม่ทนแน่นอน รอบก่อนหน้าที่เคยทำ (เดือนธันวา) ประทับใจมาก ขนตาที่หลุดทุกเส้น คือหลุดเพราะขนตาจริงร่วง แล้วไม่มีการบอกอะไรล่วงหน้าว่าจะไม่ใช้ช่างที่ชำนาญแล้ว เสียความรู้สึก ปกติร้านอื่น ถ้าช่างยังไม่ชำนาญ เขาจะหาคนไปเป็นแบบฝึก ทำฟรี หรืออะไรแบบนี้ ถ้าเจอแบบนี้ตั้งแต่ครั้งแรก คงไม่ไป และอีกอย่าง คือใช้เวลาไป 3ชม.ค่ะ (ร้านมีแจ้งก่อน ว่าจะใช้เวลา2-3ชม.) แต่สำหรับเราคือ ต่อขนตามาหลายครั้ง หลายที่ ไม่เคยใช้เวลานานขนาดนี้ คือแบบใครจะไป เผื่อเวลาด้วยนะคะ โดยรวมคือเซ็งมาก ตอนแรกเราชอบร้านนี้มาก เพราะใกล้บ้านและทำดี แถมราคากำลังดี แต่เจอแบบนี้ คงไม่ไปอีกแล้วค่ะ ใครจะไปก็ถามก่อนด้วยว่าช่างชำนาญหรือยัง

ทางร้านต้องขออภัยเป็นอย่างยิ่งค่ะหากคุณลูกค้าเจอประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีกับทางร้านค่ะ คุณลูกค้าทักมาบอกกับทางร้านแล้วค่ะว่าไม่พอใจ ขนตาร่วงเยอะ และทางร้านก็พยายามช่วยคุณลูกค้าแก้ปัญหานี้โดยแจ้งให้คุณลูกค้าทราบว่าเขามาซ่อมขนตาได้นะคะ แต่คุณลูกค้าไม่ยอมเขามาซ่อมเองค่ะ
