The staff seems very confused with the booking, they weren’t even sure what the menus are. The pillow in the room was not clean (had some lipstick marks) Even tho I asked and they confirmed that the pillow cover has been changed. There was no towel after shower provided. During the massage, someone walked into the room TWICE. Overall, I would not visit again, not good.
