I was so surprised how the staff(or the owner because she said)could be rude. The color I applied was clear color which I understand how the color should look as I go to nail salons tons of times. I wanted to apply the color once more even though it’s clear color as the color was not applied evenly. However, the staff didn’t understand so I was trying to open the translation app to explain. That time she was kinda mad and rushing me saying she has next appointment. It was exactly 4:42 pm as I just came on time and 12 mins has past. I’ve never experienced this kind of salon. When I complained why she has to say that when it’s only 10 mins and trying to translate 3 sentences but she continued showing her dissatisfaction and at the end she said “I know you are mad sorry” like in very unwillingly. I know it’s important for your business to get many customers but I would recommend you to remember customer is not just money but a customer at the same time. Will not visit here again.
