คนทำไม่ใช่หมอกับพยาบาล ซื้อตอนบอกว่าดีลเป็นกลูต้า แต่ภายหลังคลินิกแก้ไขเป็นไร้กลูต้าเองโดยไม่แจ้งลูกค้า ไปครั้งแรกรอเกือบชั่วโมงจากเวลานัดเลยต้องเลื่อนวัน มาอีกทีทุกอย่างงงไปหมด สรุปไม่ได้ฉีดเพราะคนทำไม่ใช่หมอหรือแม้แต่พยาบาล บอกขอเลื่อนวันเป็นวันที่หมอเข้าพนักงานบอกว่าได้ แต่รีดีมโค้กเฉยเลย งงมาก

ขอบคุณค่ะ สำหรับความคิดเห็น ทางคลินิกไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นและได้มีการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงแล้วจึงขอเรียนชี้แจง เนื่องจากมีการสื่อสารผิดพลาด จึงทำให้คุณลูกค้าอาจเข้าใจผิด ทางคลินิกได้ให้บริการเป็นสูตรกลูต้าตามที่คุณลูกค้ากดซื้อ และสำหรับการเข้ารับบริการขั้นตอนการเปิดเส้นทำโดยพยาบาลวิชาชีพถูกต้องตามหลักการพยาบาลทั้งหมด ต้องขออภัยหากทำให้คุณลูกค้ามีความไม่สบายใจมา ณ ที่นี้ ขอบพระคุณที่ใช้บริการ (heart)(heart)
