I book the service for 2 people but they asked to serve 1 person first after 30 mins of waiting. Anothe one had to wait for 40 mins more. And I'm not sure if they will ask to do if we did not ask and complain about it. Too small, not enough space and employee. I went branch in Rama 9 after several time asking for branch in Simon but they said not available. And had to ask many times, otherwise they just read my message on Facebook then ignore it.
