- All service bookings must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled flight arrival or departure time. This offer requires 72-hour advance notice, is not valid during peak seasons, and incurs a 700 baht per person fee for late bookings.
- Modifications and Cancellations: Any changes to a booking or requests for cancellation must be communicated and acknowledged by the company at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid charges.
- No-Show Policy: In the event a passenger fails to arrive at the designated meeting point and is unreachable by the provided contact details, the booking will be considered a ""No-Show."" The company reserves the right to charge the full agreed-upon service fee.
