All is the hairstylist who is amazingly accommodating and did my hair in detail, even it was beyond the closing time (as the app made a mistake with timings on appointments). She did so well into assisting me in English since I am a tourist and I tried the Gowabi app for the first time. i found their price the most reasonable compared to other salons with a promo also in the app, in which I also got a free trim because All said my hair needs a trim before a good perm. She surely went out of her way to accomplish the service- short hair perm. All did all phases of the perm, indeed a hardworking stylist. Just it turned out a bit too curly for me, as its the old style of perming. Other than that, I would definitely recommend their salon's service and effort to make the customer happy.

The map and address provided on the booking was not very clear, it took ma a while to locate the salon, it would be clear if indicated the salon is located right behind restaurant Cocotte or given a GPS location 13°44'15.3"N 100°34'12.5"E. During the treatment I was left alone in the room after the product is applied, my eyes were to remain closed for the treatment, it normally should be relaxing but I was bitten by a mosquito and the whole process was not comfortable due to this reason. I also felt twice pain when she was working on my left eye. Overall I was satisfied with the result but not the process.
