Hatha Vinyasa (All Level)

About This Service

Hatha Vinyasa (All Level)

A yoga class that combines the grounding practice of Hatha Yoga with the continuous movement of Vinyasa Flow. The class focuses on proper alignment, mindful movement, breath coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness.

During the Hatha portion, you will work through yoga poses with attention to alignment, stability, and controlled holds. The Vinyasa portion connects poses into flowing sequences, using the breath to guide the rhythm and transitions between movements.

The practice may incorporate movements that engage the core, arms, legs, hips, and shoulders while developing greater control during transitions. Along the way, you will work on mobility, coordination, balance, and body awareness through a combination of steady poses and flowing sequences.

As an All Level class, poses, holding times, and intensity can be adjusted to suit different abilities. You can focus more on continuous movement and flow or slow down to work more closely on alignment, stability, and control.

Hatha Vinyasa (All Level) takes place at Satit Yoga Studio, KN Complex, a spacious yoga studio offering a variety of yoga styles and group classes. It is a balanced practice for building strength and flexibility while developing a mindful connection between breath and movement.
