Mindful Flow (Basic)

About This Service

Mindful Flow (Basic)

A yoga class focused on mindful movement, combining breath with a gentle and continuous flow of basic yoga poses. The practice encourages you to stay connected to your body, breathing, and movement throughout the session.

The class begins with breathing and gentle body preparation before moving into a sequence of accessible yoga poses that work through the shoulders, back, hips, and legs. Controlled movements are used to support flexibility, joint mobility, balance, coordination, and greater body awareness.

You will practice moving smoothly from one pose to another while paying attention to alignment, breathing rhythm, and how the body feels throughout each movement. The class provides a balanced approach for building a foundation in yoga while creating space to slow down, move mindfully, and stay present.

Mindful Flow (Basic) takes place at Satit Yoga Studio, KN Complex, a spacious yoga studio offering a variety of group classes and yoga styles. It is a well-rounded practice combining movement, breathing, and body awareness in a calm and mindful flow.
