About This Service
Service Conditions Helicopter Booking
1. Please make a reservation at least 5 business days prior to the intended travel date.
2. Provide the preferred date and time of travel for our team to check availability and confirm the
flight schedule before proceeding with the booking.
3. Submit a copy of each passenger's passport for the preparation of advance flight permission
documents.
4. Provide each passenger’s weight and baggage weight (if any).
5. A receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
6. One day prior to the flight, our staff will reconfirm all details and provide the contact person and
flight coordinator assigned to your trip.
7. All changes or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the attached file.
8. Same- day cancellations are non- refundable, as the destination landing fee will have already
been paid in advance.
9. Passenger details must match the submitted passport information. Passenger name changes are
allowed only if notified at least one day before the flight.
