An incredible experience! The serene, sun-drenched studio and top-tier Cadillac equipment made for a perfect workout. Private instruction provided the technical precision needed for advanced inversions and perfect form. I left feeling lengthened, energized, and completely centered. Highly recommend for dedicated practitioners!
