มาใช้บริการครั้งแรก ได้ดัดผมกับช่างแพน ผลลัพธ์ได้ทรงแบบที่ชอบ ช่างดูแลและให้คำแนะนำดีมาก พนักงานในร้านต้อนรับและช่วยเหลืออย่างดีค่ะ ลูกค้าท่านอื่น ๆ ก็ดูเป็นลูกค้าประจำ แต่ตกใจนิดหน่อยตอนโดนถามหลังเช็คโค้ดโกวาบิ ปรากฏว่าจองดัดเย็นมาแต่ได้รับบริการเป็นดัดดิจิตอลแทน ก็เข้าใจว่าทางร้านน่าจะทราบอยู่แล้ว แล้วก็ไม่คิดว่าลูกค้าต้องเป็นคนแจ้งค่ะ เพราะว่าในแอปก็มีข้อมูล และก็คอนเฟิร์มการจองผ่านเฟซบุ๊คมาแล้ว ทั้งนี้ แนะนำลูกค้าเปิดแอปยืนยันการจองอีกหนึ่งรอบ แล้วก็ทางร้านอาจจะเช็คบริการที่ลูกค้าจองมาเพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาดค่ะ
